Exercise and Diet Programs?

I am looking for some type of Exercise and Diet program to start on. I have lost around 25 pounds in the past 3 months but am looking to start toning what I’ve lost. Any suggestions on where to look(online programs)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve had it with diet programs and downloading pointless things that clame to make you loose 20lbs in 28 days. can anyone just tell me how to with out having to go to a stupid web site, starvation, or spending money???

Are you watching what you eat, and started an exercise program? Do you hear the clock ticking down the minutes?

Hey, I am a woman currently researching ways to get myself back into shape. However, there just seems to be SO MANY out there! In your opinion, what have you found the best way? Any recommendations? Anything I should stay away from?

What is a really good weight loss diet program?

I want to get a head start on weight loss for the new year. I don’t have a lot of extra time, so an online program would be best for me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
