I am 12 years old, female, almost 5 feet and 96 pounds. I am trying to lose some weight to fit into smaller sizes and stuff. (not trying to lose a ton of weight or anything.)
Being 12, I’m not going to be ordering food off of diet programs. Just need some suggestions for healthy things to eat and maybe some in home exercises.

I’m tired of my own brothers calling me fat and always feeling like all my friends can fit into smaller sizes then me when we go shopping and I just want to change the way I look. Any help?
