I left the military over a year ago and I’m already fat. I let myself go. lol

Anyway I tried PT 3 mile run, crunches and pull ups but it does’nt seem to work.

Do you guys know any good programs?

I am 260 now and my max is 215 I think. I want to be at least 190 though.
